2026 Miles2Moms Family-Fun Vendors Application

Conscious Moms is seeking Family Fun Vendors for our community event, Miles2Moms. This is a no vendor fee event. We primarily seek vendors who can donate their services/product as an in-kind contribution to our 501(c)(3) nonprofit. If a full in-kind donation isn't feasible, we welcome vendors offering a discounted nonprofit rate. Your in-kind contribution qualifies toward our sponsorship levels—see details here: sponsor levels.


Event Details

We’re excited to welcome you to Miles2Moms!

  • May 9, 2026, The Hayfield, Gourrier Ave

  • ✅Set up by 7:30am

  • 🕣Operate from 7:30am to 10:30am

  • Expecting 300 event participants

  • 1 table + Miles2Moms tablecloth and 2 chairs will be provided to each vendor for the duration of the event

  • Electrical outlet access will be available upon request
